The National Campaign for the People's Right to Information (NCPRI) is
planning to hold its 3rd National Convention in Shillong, Meghalaya from the
3rd - 5th February, 2011. This is being hosted by the Meghalaya RTI
Movement. We request you to please block the specified dates for your
participation. This is to prevent any coinciding of schedules and so that
you can book cheap tickets early. A letter with additional details will
follow.

Please begin to discuss within your organisation how many people will be
attending the event and let us know how many will be attending by mailing
the details to this email id (ncpri.india@gmail.com).

Please forward this mail to anybody you think might be interested in
participating in the Convention and feel free to circulate this mail as
widely as possible.
